1. Nature of the Service
Eco-Rating is an independent rating service. The information, scores, and rankings published on this site are the result of analyses based on our own methodology and available data. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or an inducement to invest.
2. Access to the Site
The publisher endeavors to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or an event beyond the publisher's control, and subject to potential breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the site and services.
3. Intellectual Property
The "Eco-Rating" brands and the "5 Pillars" methodology are protected. The user agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent, or retain, directly or indirectly, on any medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site.
4. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for decisions made based on the ratings displayed. Use of the data is at the user's own risk. In the event of a report via our ethics form, the user agrees to provide truthful and non-slanderous information.
5. Modification of Terms
Eco-Rating reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time and without notice in order to adapt them to changes in the site and/or its operation.
